How to Delete Your SiuuEx Account

You can permanently delete your SiuuEx account from within the mobile app. Follow the steps below. Deletion is irreversible and removes your account data from our systems.

   Open the SiuuEx app on your device.

   Sign in to your account:

   • Use Email (email + password), or
   • Use Phone (phone number + OTP verification).

   After login, you land on the main app with the bottom tab bar.

   Tap Profile (rightmost tab in the bottom navigation).

   Under the Account section, tap Personal Information.

   On the Personal Information screen, scroll down to Account Settings.

   • This section is only shown when you are not in Edit Profile mode. If you tapped Edit at the top, go back to the normal view first.

   Tap Delete Account.

   A confirmation popup appears:

   Are you sure?

   You want to Delete this account?

   Choose an option:

   • Tap Delete to confirm account deletion.
   • Tap Cancel to close the popup and keep your account.

   After confirming, you should be signed out and your account should be permanently removed.
